Marc worked with the Bank President and senior bank officers to come up with a concept for their new corporate headquarters. The building includes offices, a loan center and a branch bank with a 3-lane drive through. The intention of the design was to invoke imagery of the local historic mill buildings while providing a forward-looking vision of the future that the President requested. Marc designed the concept and developed the Schematic Design for this building before handing it off to another architect in the firm, who provided the Construction Documents and oversaw construction.
